1. Manufactured

2. Modular
Modular refers to a way of building a home or an office, rather than a type of home. A modular home or office can be built in a factory from a stock modular home plan or from a tailored plan.
3. Panelized
Panelized homes or offices are factory-built homes or offices in which panels — whole walls with doors, windows, wiring, and outside siding — are conveyed to the site and assembled. Panels are created from cut off foam sandwiched between two layers of structural material. The panels might already be filled with insulation when they land on the site.
